Cloud & Data Consulting

Infrastructure and pipelines that keep production honest.

Is this you?

Your data lives in five places, nobody trusts the numbers, and the cloud bill is a monthly surprise. You need someone who has run production infrastructure for years — not a slide-deck consultant.

What I deliver

Cloud infrastructure

  • GCP: Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, KMS, BigQuery — 97 Terraform configurations in production today
  • Environments that are reproducible and auditable, not clicked into existence — which means the person after you can rebuild it from the repo, not from memory
  • VPC networking, IAM, and secret management done properly

Data pipelines

  • ETL into BigQuery on Cloud Run cron jobs — ~975,000 rows per cycle
  • SQL view optimization for sub-second dashboards
  • Validation at each step, so the numbers can be trusted

Testing & observability

  • Vitest and PHPUnit (~85% coverage on a production billing/fulfillment core), Playwright e2e
  • Sentry and structured logging that catch regressions before customers do

Architecture reviews

  • A written assessment of your stack: what's fragile, what's expensive, what to fix first
  • Runbooks and documentation, not just diagrams

FAQ

Which clouds do you work with?

GCP is my production home — I manage it with Terraform, so environments are reproducible and auditable. I also deploy to Vercel and Docker-based hosts.

Do you offer ongoing infrastructure management?

Yes — retainer-based monitoring, IaC maintenance, and change management.

Can you fix data nobody trusts?

That's the usual starting point: I profile the data, rebuild the pipeline with validation at each step, and publish definitions everyone signs off on.

Tired of a surprise cloud bill?

Written assessment first, incremental migration second. I reply within one business day.
